Essentials - Basic Tees.

White Tee - Zara  Grey Tee - Topshop  Black Tee - Zara

A quick post just to share somethings I think are wardrobe essentials - basic neutral tees.
I absolutely rely on the simple class of a basic tee. They are some how loose and comfy and yet slip over your body - the soft shoulder and neck line is some how so elegant.
Most importantly though, they go with EVERYTHING. So on a day when I can't think about my clothes, can't decide, or just can't be bothered, I grab the closest jeans/shorts/skirt and shove on a basic tee.
Although they are basic, I like to choose tees with a little interest. The white has the knot detail; the grey has the rolled up sleeves and the black has a low back. And I think its these insignificant details make a lazy thrown together outfit, a little more stylish.

I hope this has been vaguely interesting.

New Swag

Grey T-Shirt - Urban Outfitters. Blue T-Shirt - Topshop. Tamagotchi - Charity Shop. Nail Varnish in Barefoot - Topshop.

...swag swag. I'd like to be anything you want. Hey girl let me talk to ya...

Just a little post to share some new bits. My grey t shirt was a birthday present but i really really love it. So soft, and cut as if its made for me!
I had originally bought a tee with a tiger on it, but I decided it was far too clean cut for me, and when I returned it this blue t shirt caught my eye. Its really form fitting and has a 90's vibe - LOVE.
I bought a Tamagotchi again! It was a whole 29 PENCE, though it does need a new battery so I have quite felt the full nostalgia. But i used to love my little purple one.
It was earrings or nail varnish on my last little splurge in Topshop, and as I am getting a little bored of all my go to colours, I decided on nails. Its a gorgeous nude toned lilacy pink. And though its not quite the nude-nude I was expecting its still lovely and understated.

P.S Absolutely adoring a bit of J. Biebs and Boyfriend. So catchy and so much swag.

I hope this has been vaguely interesting,

Jewellery Love

I have recently bought, acquired and rediscovered a few bits of jewellery that I really really love so I thought I would share that.

Green Ring - Old costume jewelry. Gold Treble Clef Bracelet - People Tree (old) White Fossil Ring - Charity Shop. Double-finger Cross Ring - Topshop

White Stone Necklace - Charity Shop. Harry Potter Extract Necklace - Gift. Gold Cross - Christening gift. Silver Locket - I've had forever.

Heart Charm Ear Cuffs - Old costume jewellery. Eye Earrings - Topshop. Wooden Cross Earrings - Topshop. Triangular Earrings - Topshop. Cross Charm Ear Cuffs - Ebay

The necklace with the extract from Harry Potter is possibly my favourite of them all. My two best friends got me it as a birthday gift. Its so dorky but its so us, and I love it.
The heart charm ear cuffs are really just little clip on earrings but they work really well as cuffs.
All of these bits go with pretty much everything and I have never been a huge jewellery girl, but these have really got me into it. They really can transform something like a basic black tee into something really cool and make it look like far more effort has gone into an outfit than really has.

P.S It was my birthday this week, 16 (!!!). It was lots of fun, and I have the most lovely friends and family who gave my lots of lovely little things. I am a lucky girl.

I hope this has been vaguely interesting.
